 Sulmuesi i Vllaznise se Shkodres, i riu Bekim Balaj i cili eshte thirrur per tu grumbulluar nga trajneri Artan Bushati me U-21, do te grumbullohet me kombetaren e U-19 dhe do te luaje si pjese e skuadres se Ramadan Ndreut ne eliminatoret e San Marinos. Balaj dhe Vasil Shkurti ishin dy nga lojtaret me perspektive te cilet ishin te planifikuar per tu aktivizuar me te rinjte, por u grumbulluan nga skuadra e Shpresave per dy ndeshjet eliminatore qe U-21 do te luaje javen e ardhsme ndaj Austrise dhe Bjellorusise. Shkurti do te qendroj me skuadren e U-21, kurse Balaj do te kaloje tek skuadra e U-19.
